9 Steps Towards Opening

1. Review franchise information on www.SalonSpaSuites.com
   Many of your initial questions will be answered by the information provided here.
2. Complete "Information Request Form"
   Franchise development representative reviews application. Provided you meet our preliminary criteria in an available territory, a representative will contact you within two business days with additional information. 
3. Initial phone call
   This call is to discuss Salon Spa Suites opportunities along with your business background, salon experience, motivation, and territory of interest.
4. Receive marketing packet
   This informative packet also contains your application.
5. Return application
   The application provides us with a clear vision of your financial and managerial plans.
6. Receive FDD
   Upon receipt of your completed application, you will receive our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) via mail. This legal document further defines the relationship between the Franchisor (us) and the Franchisee (you).
7. FDD Conference Call
   The FDD Conference Call will give you the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have about the FDD or Franchise Agreement.
8. Discovery Day!
   Discovery Days are held at our corporate headquarters in Oswego, IL. This is an opportunity for you to view the Salon Spa Suites operations first hand and also visit with our franchise staff and CEO.
9. Signing
   Formal written offers are extended to great franchisee candidates.
